You may return the product to us and get the new one if:

1. We send the wrong product to you (differ with the description of order).

2. The product is broken (something wrong with its container, condition of product itself; expired etc).

In order to return the product, make sure that:

1. It must be done within 7 days of working days.

2. The product is in the original condition like the first time you received it ( did not used yet, complete with its container and label).

Returning of product is not accepted if:

1. You have opened and used the product.

2. The process of returning is done more than 7 days of working days.

3. Product is not in the original condition like the first time you received it.

4. It is a product sample of gift.

Procedures:

1. Quickly inform to us about the problem of product by Whatsapp (010-6640440) OR Email (organichana@gmail.com) or our Facebook (Private Message).

2. Send us your previous receipt of product purchasing (original receipt)

3. Capture the photo of that product as a proof (current condition).

4. Send the product to our address (No 2-2, Jalan Sari 3, Taman Amansari, Jalan Temenggung Ahmad, 84000 Muar, Johor).

5. Returning of product by COD (Cash On Delivery) is not allowed.

6. Your money will be returned to you by “Bank Transfer” within a week after we receive the product.

REMINDER

We WILL NOT RESPOND to your problem if there is FRAUD from your party. Our team will trace every information from your side strictly.
